Catherine grew up in England, the youngest in a large extended family and by the age of fifteen had been flower girl and bridesmaid seven times. This gave birth to a love of pageantry; coupled with a deep regard for nature and an eye for color and unusual form, she began the pursuit that would become her life's career.

Apprenticed to a florist in London Catherine also worked as a team member of several San Francisco Floral Design companies before starting her own business.

She was the house florist at the Lark Creek Inn for eight years where she gained a reputation for her natural innovative style.

Her clients appreciate her quiet confidence,attention to detail and intense personal service.
